I am a specialist in KaHuna bodywork, and have massaged thousands of people over more than ten years in practice in Sydney.
I build lasting, trusting relationships with my clients to support them through major life transitions, mental health challenges, babies, break-ups, digestive issues, and sometimes just a really great massage.
I cut my teeth at Sydney Ka Huna before setting up Embodied Massage and then a few years ago – Bondi KaHuna
Add remedial & sports massage (registered with all health funds), traditional Maya Abdominal Massage, Fertility Massage Therapy, specialised pregnancy massage qualifications, becoming a registered psychologist, and a practitioner’s course in breathwork, and you start to receive a truly integrative therapeutic approach.
We are one system. We heal when we make connections between all the parts of ourselves – emotional, spiritual, physical & cognitive.
Our newest therapist is Chrissie, and she’s awesome.
Chrissie is a a bodyworker with heart and soul (not to mention a real sense of touch!), and nothing delights her more
than supporting clients on their journey to heal themselves.
Chrissie sees KaHuna as the bridge between worlds, offering a journey into our deepest centre,
but also helping to ground and connect us to this wonderful earth we are living on.
Chrissie is joining us on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
